Can't remove TR/CRYPT.ZPACK.Gen? - avira detects tr/crypt.zpack.gen on avast
A few days ago I started with strange behavior on Windows (XP SP2). So I downloaded Avira AntiVir Personal, which found the former Trojan. Unfortunately, choose Delete has no effect, as more and receive a warning. I have tried all the options without success:
- System not always obliged to stop!
- All links to publishers of anti-virus scanning and online services are also blocked. The same with the threats under § Avira site!
- No matter what I do is always hidden files is disabled.
- You can choose to restart in Safe mode, do not respond - the buttons.
Can not - you boot from the Windows CD from the keyboard is not responding to press any key to boot from the CD.
- Speaking of the keyboard during startup, only those keysactive (F1-F12), seem to stop other key? "
What the hell is going on here? How could this crazy Trojans?
Help is very welcome ...
Regards,
Saed

Disconnect infected computer from the Internet, and I said CoeLevin, download Malwarebytes' (MBAM) from another computer. Because the virus will rename the file for access to install and run a scan. This link http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index ... File, and changed its name to the installation by clicking "here" in the instructions. To run after installation, click on File Mbam, All Programs, click on the file to decompress it. Click on the MBA Beboid file that has the icon and then click Rename.
1234.exe rename or abcd.exe that easy to remember. Then double-click to run.
ALSO recommended download if you download Mbam http://www.superantispyware.com/

All these elements can be downloaded from another computer to install the Zip drive or CD in safe mode, copied from the infected computer and instruments, it's free!
Note: The malware may prevent Mbam setup.exe from the download and execution. You can rename the program from another computer before you on an infected system.
You can eliminate the use of Malwarebytes:
Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (free)
