Utah Quit Claim Deed Work In Utah...Employers Not Required To Give Breaks And Lunches?

Work in Utah...Employers not required to give breaks and lunches? - utah quit claim deed

I worked in a deli Smith here in Salt Lake City, a few months. I worked 40 hours per week and, frankly, made my a ** off for them trying to do a good job. I had a problem with them working 8-10 hours has changed me, and I was happy when I break 10 minutes. Finally, he came last week, after I hurt my back and can not take care of the injury and ended up in the emergency room after working 7 hours after the accident. When I work on board, no meals or breaks, was told that in Utah, is a privilege and the employer did not need, unless they want to. I thought it was federal law. What we are ... Stone Age or something else? I begin to help the process to make this request in Utah. Can someone tell me where to start? Thanks

Utah is not a right to work, as the state of Nevada? --- What is firing an acronym for no good reason and no job security.

America, land of opportunity, the rights of people with disabilities improve, the average worker.

(not because of a disability)

Peace

It provides the connection. Federal law does not require lunch (or no breaks).

It really is a surprise for me. You do not know.

But unfortunately, the land of Utah. I live in Murray and feel your pain. You will receive nothing with our diet ... unless you have a first row of seats at a Jazz game.

Call your Chamber of Commerce and ask you to submit a complaint ... and also the Better Business Bureau. I worked in various companies in Utah, and they gave me lunch breaks per hour, etc ... Even if you work over 40 hours to ensure they were paid overtime for every minute. It seems that you are deceiving themselves, and if you have back pain at work, compensation and employee call and complain enough, you can join them in hot water, let it be known that no workers compensation "has yet to work an alternative nature wounded. Good luck and get well soon!

Unfortunately, this is the federal law, which is terrible. our U.S. labor law makes me sick. You are ridiculous and our politicians should be more concerned about fighting each other than themselves. Sorry for the pain and abuse. I suggest you write your congressman.
